Is Scottish Country Dancing for you?
Well, you don’t have to be Scottish or have any affinity for Scotland - most dancers don’t and there’s more Scottish Country Dancing outside Scotland than inside it!
And you don’t have to wear a kilt - soft, flat shoes are a good idea though. Some people wear ballet shoes, others wear ‘ghillies’, some wear jazz dancing shoes - but it’s not that important.
You don’t need a partner - we chop and change from dance to dance.
If you’ve ever done any Scottish, English or Welsh Country Dancing this may well be for you.
Give it a whirl!
